Terms of Service and Event

Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service before contributing towards your SnapCon ticket. By contributing to a SnapCon ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service for the SnapCon event.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by updating our website. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes.

Use of website

This website is operated by Felicity Productions. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Felicity Productions. Felicity Productions offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

SnapCon event

You must be 18 years of age or older to attend SnapCon.

In consideration of your ticket contribution to attend SnapCon, you agree:

  • To comply with the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
  • To assume all risk of personal injury and all other hazards related to SnapCon, whether occurring prior to, during or after SnapCon, and agree that the founder (Felicity) and SnapCon organizers (teecee14, ArctycFox, DefaultDan, TheJollyRoger, and KrakenNull), as well as any of the affiliated sponsors, contractors, and venues are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from or related to such causes or otherwise occurring at or in connection with SnapCon.
  • That Felicity, SnapCon organizers, Felicity Productions, its affiliates and licensees, including but not limited to all sponsors and contractors have your consent and approval to take motion and still pictures of you, record your voice, as well as any sounds made by you, and to obtain other information about you, including but not limited to your name, likenesses, photographs, voices, dialogue, sounds, biographical information, personal characteristics and other personal identification (collectively, “Media”), in and in connection with any editorial, promotional, or commercial uses by Felicity Productions or SnapCon, which Felicity Productions may exploit throughout the universe at any time on a royalty free, perpetual basis in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. The rights granted herein shall also include the right to edit, delete, dub and fictionalize the Media, all as Felicity Productions sees fit in Felicity Productions’ sole discretion.
  • Tickets to SnapCon, once contributed to, cannot be refunded by the purchaser or exchanged.
  • That we reserve the right to refuse attendance to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that if you do not abide by our Code of Conduct, you may be removed from the event without a refund.
  • That the planned activities may change at any time due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons.
  • That you are responsible for your transportation to and from all of the activities.
  • That you are responsible for your own accommodations at SnapCon, including but not limited to: food, lodging, and travel.

Participation

Participation in the SnapCon event entails inherent risks for which SnapCon cannot be held liable. Risks can include but are not limited to the potential loss, theft, or damage of personal property, as well as the risk of personal injury. By participating in SnapCon, you willingly assume all associated risks and hazards incidental to the event, and agree to waive any claims as a result of such cases occurring at or in connection with the event and/or any related parties. This waiver is applicable prior to, during, and subsequent to the event.
