Most frequent questions and answers

SnapCon will be taking place at the Tampa Convention Center (Ballroom D) in Tampa, Florida from Friday, August 25 until Saturday, August 26.

Be sure to join the Discord and look out for any important updates in the #snapcon-info text channel.

We cannot offer any refunds for any purchase of a SnapCon ticket. All SnapCon tickets are non transferable. Please see our full terms for all event policy details.

All attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend SnapCon.

There will be no food or beverage permitted inside Ballroom D at the Tampa Convention Center. We will have breaks within our event schedule if attendees need to grab food or drinks. There are several options nearby, including food establishments inside the convention center and restaurants outside.

For the duration of the event, all attendees are expected to follow all of the rules listed in our SnapCon Code of Conduct, which will be posted as we get closer to the event. If you are subject to any unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify one of the event organizers.

If any person is found to be in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to revoke access to any or all of the remainder of SnapCon.

You can take a look at our travel and hotel recommendations page for information on nearby accommodation. You are also welcome to stay in an Airbnb or any other hotel or accommodation in the area.

Badge pickup will be located at the Tampa Convention Center in front of Ballroom D on Friday August 25th. More information regarding badge pickup time will be available on a date closer to the event. You will be required to present a government-issued photo ID in order to attend SnapCon. Each attendee must pick up their own badge.

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from any event. We recommend carpooling or ridesharing with other attendees where possible.

Masks to protect against COVID-19, such as disposable surgical masks, N95 and K95 masks, are not currently required to attend SnapCon, but are encouraged to be worn in large group settings. If this requirement changes, we will post a notice on our website and directly notify ticket holders.

We are not offering single day tickets for SnapCon.
