SnapCon 2024 will be taking place at the Westshore Grand Hotel, 4860 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33609 on Friday, August 16 and Saturday, August 17 with a VIP social event on Thursday, August 15.

We cannot offer any refunds for any purchase of a SnapCon ticket. All SnapCon tickets are non transferable. Please see our full terms for all event policy details.
All attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend SnapCon.
There will be no food or beverage permitted inside the SnapCon venue space. However, attendees are welcome to have food or beverage in the lobby and courtyard of the hotel. The venue imposes a fine of $375 per infraction of this rule. This fine will be forwarded to the attendee that fails to comply.
We will have breaks within our event schedule during which attendees can get meals from local establishments without missing anything. Dinner will be provided for attendees of the VIP social event.
For the duration of the event, all attendees are expected to follow all of the rules listed in our SnapCon Code of Conduct. If you are subject to any unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify one of the event organizers.
If any person is found to be in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to revoke access to any or all of the remainder of SnapCon.
The recommended lodging choice for SnapCon is the Westshore Grand Hotel, in which the event takes place. Booking information and room block details can be found on the Travel & Hotel page.
Badge pickup will be at the Westshore Grand Hotel ahead of and during the event. More details will be provided as we get closer to the event dates. You will be required to present a government-issued photo ID and your ticket email confirmation in order to attend SnapCon. Each attendee must pick up their own badge.
Attendees that choose to stay at the Westshore Grand Hotel during the event can use the complimentary shuttle service to and from Tampa International Airport. Otherwise, you are responsible for your own transportation during the event. We recommend carpooling or ridesharing with other attendees where possible.
